The early morning hours offer a rare stillness—an ideal time to move, breathe, and set the tone for the day ahead. This small-group, breath-led yoga practice is designed for early risers seeking consistency, clarity, and a deeply intentional start to their mornings.
Rooted in mindful movement and awareness, this practice supports mobility, joint and spine health, postural strength, and nervous system regulation—before the world gets busy.
Spots are intentionally limited to maintain quality, care, and a sense of community. There is no rushing and no pressure—only consistency, presence, and mindful progression. Many students naturally continue long-term for steady practice and habit-building.
Practicing during Brahma Muhurtam taps into the premium, sattvic energy of the early morning—traditionally considered the most supportive time for clarity, learning, and inner balance.
