These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://soulfulwellness.yoga) and participation in our yoga, meditation, wellness programs, workshops, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register for our Services.
   
• Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
   

• Yoga, meditation, and fitness practices involve physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge the risks of injury.
   
• You agree to consult with a physician before beginning any wellness program, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or recovering from an injury.
   
• By enrolling, you represent that you are physically fit and capable of safely participating.
   
• Soulful Wellness and its instructors are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health conditions that may arise.
   

Important: You participate at your own risk.

• Registration for classes, workshops, and memberships is required in advance.
   
• Memberships or class passes are personal and non-transferable.
   
• Pricing and schedules may change at any time, with reasonable notice.
   
• We reserve the right to reschedule, substitute instructors, or cancel sessions.
   

• Payment is due at the time of booking or registration.
   
• Unless otherwise stated:
   
  • Drop-in classes: Non-refundable.
     
  • Memberships/Packages: Refunds or credits may be issued only if canceled within 3 days of purchase.
     
  • Workshops/Events: Refunds available if canceled 14 days prior; otherwise non-refundable.
     
• No refunds for missed or partially attended sessions.
   

• If attending classes via Zoom or other online platforms, you are responsible for having reliable internet access.
   
• Recordings (if offered) are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
   
• Unauthorized recording or reproduction of sessions is prohibited.
   

• All content on our Site and in our Services — including logos, text, images, class materials, and videos — is the intellectual property of Soulful Wellness, unless otherwise credited.
   
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
   

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Soulful Wellness, its owners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from use of our Services or Site.
   
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in state or federal courts located in Virginia.
